BRTM heavy-duty rod ends with integral self-aligning roller bearing with cage are specially designed for applications that require high speeds, large swivel angles or rotary movements as well as high loads. These rod ends are characterized by their robustness and durability.
All BRTM rod ends are made of forged case-hardened steel, with hardened and precision-machined raceways. They are supplied in metric and imperial dimensions with standard or fine threads on the right or left.
They are also protected against corrosion by galvanizing, which considerably extends their service life.
The rod ends are low-maintenance thanks to long-term lubrication with food approval. They can be relubricated using funnel and conical grease nipples, other special grease nipples are available on request.
Cover plates fitted on both sides prevent coarse dirt particles from penetrating into the bearing interior, which further improves the function and service life of the rod ends.
These BRTM rod end bearings belong to the K series and comply with the DIN ISO 12240-4 standard.
These BRTM rod ends are available individually, as a complete system solution, with threaded ends and hexagon nuts. They are available for shaft diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm and offer a flexible and reliable solution for demanding industrial applications.
