Spherical-plain bearings with self-aligning roller bearings are used at very high loads. They are ideally suited for high speeds and large swivel angles or rotating movements.
This bearings, which contain long-term food grease, require little maintenance.
Coarse dirt particles do not penetrate inside the bearing as these are saved with shields on both sides.
Special heat treatment of the spherical plain bearings ensures a raceway hardness corresponding to the rolling bearings and equally high stability with changing loads.
