BRTM heavy-duty rod ends with integral cage-guided self-aligning roller bearing are specially designed for applications that require high speeds, large swivel angles or rotational movements as well as high loads. These rod ends are characterized by their robustness and durability.
Production takes place in Öhringen, Germany, where the rod ends undergo a 100% inspection to ensure the highest quality and precision.
The BRTM_-00-50_ rod ends are made of forged case-hardened steel, which is tempered, the raceway hardened and precision-machined. They are supplied in metric dimensions with a standard thread on the right (-501) or left (-502) or optionally with a fine or special thread.
In addition, they are galvanized to protect them against corrosion, which significantly extends their service life.
The rod ends are low-maintenance thanks to long-term greasing with food approval. They can be relubricated using funnel and conical lubrication nipples; other special lubrication nipples are available on request.
Cover washers fitted on both sides prevent coarse dirt particles from penetrating into the bearing interior, which further improves the function and service life of the rod ends.
These BRTM_-00-50_ rod ends belong to the dimension series K and comply with the standard DIN ISO 12240-4.
They are available individually, as a complete system solution, with threaded ends and hexagon nuts. They are available for shaft diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm and offer a flexible and reliable solution for demanding industrial applications.
